At the heart of the design stands a striking off-shutter concrete cantilever, capturing attention as it extends the gaze through a slender corridor toward the Atlantic Ocean.

The site’s limited space was maximized by incorporating a central garden and pool oasis, which serves as the focal point around which the lower level is strategically arranged, enhancing the perception of spaciousness.

Inside the villa, a deliberate approach to minimalism characterizes the interior spaces, with the infusion of bold textures and contrasting color palettes adding depth and richness.

In crafting the interior decor, the aim was to introduce a softer and more intimate ambiance while maintaining the integrity of the architecture’s clean, geometric lines. These elements coalesce harmoniously, complementing each other.
