Situated on this prominent site the design ethos was a harmonious blend of white horizontal floor plates juxtaposed with the robust timber elements, all meticulously oriented to frame the breathtaking vistas beyond.

Within the interiors, we envisioned an opulent yet refined aesthetic, embracing natural materials such as textured timbers, weathered bronze, marble, and reflective surfaces that echo the villa’s natural surroundings. This interplay between the dark-toned architecture and the warmer interior finishes and textures creates captivating pockets of warmth and serenity throughout.

The design also boasts an extravagant outdoor living area tailored to accommodate the client’s penchant for entertaining.

Furnishings comprise a curated selection of renowned international brands complemented by locally sourced South African tapestries, textured fabrics, and exquisite artworks, weaving together a cohesive design narrative that runs seamlessly through the entirety of the residence.
